After contacting the speakers, we will be having March 6. The speaker si very qualified AVP of an Ayala company. Naghahatak kami ng tao para sa pub.

Original topic was good resume training and how to ace job interviews. Speaker suggested that we focus more on interview talks and how to market yourself as a student. More apt for the whole UPSE. What skills to develop and org positions to take tog get into Company A or Company B.
Andi: Since not required event, highly encouraged to attend. Lalo na seniors since it’s an event organized by our batch representatives. Thank you so much EJ and Shin!

Recap: Feb 19 Webinar
STRENGTHS:
- Detailed planning phase, clear delegation of tasks across the organizing body
- Turnout was consistent all throughout, a medium-sized event
- No major technical difficulties
- Speakers were well chosen, they were specialized in the events
- The publication materials were really eye-catching and professional
- Communication with speakers were really efficient
WEAKNESSES:
- There were some unexpected events, some coffee sponsors confirmed late. One of the sponsors only agreed to become a sponsor if we shouldered the costs. Roughly at 1,492 for council.
- The questions should have been fleshed out more so that we could have elicited a better answer.
- There were some pubs that weren’t discussed, pero okay naman.
OPPORTUNITIES:
- If remote, we already have experience with managing an online Kapekonomiya.
THREATS:
- Unsure situation of the pandemic because it impacts the willingness of sponsors to sponsor the events.
- If still remote, not a lot of people might be able to event.
KAPEKONOMIYA 2020 UPDATES
- There were some leftover money from last year’s Kapekonomiya. ‘Pag natapos ‘yong pandemic doon na lang itra-transfer ‘yong money. Hawak na ng respective organizations ‘yong shares nila sa nakuha na money from the Kapekonomiya last year.
