- Topics are a bit more advanced compared to last sem’s seminar since it’ll also serve as a review for Econ 132
- Sensing updates
- A poll was held in the Econ 132 gc and 23/32 students said they were willing to go to the seminar
- Incentives
- Plus 5 pts in the Econ 132 exam
- Will try to message 131 prof for possible incentives but it might be a bit too late
- Schedule
- April 10, 5-6:30 pm since 132 exam is earlier than expected

- Last month, we had a meeting with BRA
- Partnership proposals were sent out on March 22-28 so orgs could deliberate during the break
- April 4 was the original deadline of the proposal, but it was extended to April 9

- Struggling a bit with org partners due to the current situation (ECQ, mental health matters), ~2-3 confirmed org partners so far
- Next week we’ll have more definite updates since the deadline will have passed
- Call for donations will be posted on April 10
- Please text brig your batches
- Eskwelabs wants to partner by sending medicine, last sem they wanted to partner as well
- Must provide attendees for their webinar about mental health, can’t fully commit yet
- Also asking for specific beneficiaries, but it depends on the amount we receive and since we’re giving it to patients we’re still looking for a foundation/organization centered on patients needing financial assistance

- Already setting dates for tutorials in different gc’s
- Better performance compared to last sem since there are tutors now, compared to the one tutorial that was held last sem
- 3 schedules at the moment, 2 for 106 and 1 for Math 21
- Question for BRA: Will students be able to attend synchronous tutorial sessions?

- Tentative timeline for elections May 3-June 18
- We’re gonna announce the call for members for the EB of SEEB earlier, starting April 19 to address the changes in the electoral code before May
- We will be holding convocs, but waiting for USEB (?), because the electoral code still depends on them
- Election period is longer

- We went over the whole thing and took note of the articles, titles and sections that need changing due to the environment
- We haven’t discussed in-depth because we need the SEEB members first to have a final vote for the amendments
- There was a suggestion to lower the number of votes required for a valid election
- Heads up to BRA, we’re gonna reach out to you because we need representatives from ASEO and different batches, and for the Electoral Board
