- Four-Sem Rule Campaign
- Carlos: I came from a talk with Chancy before, and he thinks that students can do a lot with regard to the
policy here in Econ. The first thing that came into my mind was the four-sem rule. I want to know if you're okay to discuss this with the Undergraduate Committee - Aaron: According to Ma'am Magno, this is to ensure that people will be able to take their thesis by their
fourth year. It also helps people to know whether they can lift their probationary status para hindi ka na

- Howie: For the med kit, naubos na yung Biogesic also Buscopan Venus. Magrerefill na lang ako next week pag nakuha ko na yung pera from Joel. Yung mental health infographic, sorry di ko na naasikaso. Pwede pa ba siyang i-release by next sem?

- Aaron: May isang concern for Maya Paraguya kasi conflict lahat ng kailangan niyang Econ subjects, Econ 132, 122, and 151. May conflict yung courses eh.

- Carlos: BRA, for parking, can you ask your batchmates na may kotse about their complaints sa parking area, consolidate it and make parking guidelines. Howie, gawa na lang tayo ng online form for this.

- Tin: I'm thinking of this Tuesday 11:30 - 1:00, para mas maraming people makapunta.
- Carlos: Can we check the times na may exams sila para makapag-adjust tayo. Tapos Tin, please tell us the times para may kasama kang Council members sa 'yo.
- Tin: I just wanna know if payag kayong gumawa ng extensions for display pics for Lantern Parade.
- Internals Updates
- Paje: Can I just assign Head Office to be in-charge of Big Guys Pizza for 150 pax? What do you guys suggest?
- Carlos: Considering that we get people to agree, I think it's a big help na rin for Culminight.
- Carlos: how much is the big guys pizza?
- Paje: Probably around Php3000. Just in case hindi kayanin ng orgs yung iba, we might have to shoulder it.
- Carlos: If that's the case, we're gonna have to talk to the orgs one by one, this weekend. After this, let's set a SEAC meeting for Culminight.
- Paje: I think, as a treat to our Econ constituents, let's just all chip in and treat Econ with pizza. So next, I just wanna ask props from you guys, like banigs and stuff. We're gonna presumably end at 9, then we're all gonna go to my house for the Christmas Party for Council.
- Paje: Can I just assign Head Office to be in-charge of Big Guys Pizza for 150 pax? What do you guys suggest?

- Carlos: GASC will be in Tacloban. It will be on January 6-7. Who's interested in going?

- Carlos: Merong accommodation fee na Php 1000, pero hindi doon kasama ang tickets. Pero mababawasan if we'll stay sa bahay ni Pat. There are a number of things that we have to prepare, like our campaigns. Chito, pakipost na lang lahat ng kailangan for this.
- Carlos: GASC will be in Tacloban. It will be on January 6-7. Who's interested in going?
- Pre Plansem Scheduling
- Carlos: This is the last week na of classes, but we're working until December 16, so I think we need to schedule two more GAs, kasi we'll work until Lantern Parade. Are we okay na every Wednesday, may GA
tayo. - Consensus: Monday, December 5, 3pm onwards; Wednesday, December 14, 1pm onwards.
- Carlos: We also need to have a pre-plansem para hindi tayo makulangan ng time to prepare. When are we okay for pre-plan sem? Ang pag-uusapan natin is goalsetting, evaluations, and kung anong gagawin natin for registration.
- Consensus: December 14, 1pm onwards.
- Carlos: This is the last week na of classes, but we're working until December 16, so I think we need to schedule two more GAs, kasi we'll work until Lantern Parade. Are we okay na every Wednesday, may GA
- Haraya Updates
- Emira: December 6 pa yung confirmation sa Ball. We got the duffle bag profit last year and we'll divide it sa Haraya team. For the scheduling ng pagbayad, we need to meet the heads of the team; hindi lang namin nagawa now because of finals. For sure, before December 16, makakausap na rin namin.
- Carlos: Reminder lang na maging consultative of the batch
- Aaron: We also got GCs from Selecta, so we're gonna sell and use some for the batch.

- Howie: The Magna Carta survey form will be ready na by tonight. We'll start working with LSG once we can confirm na Econ is pro-Magna Carta.

- Gabbi: Exam for Econ 102 Esguerra, though I brought it up naman with Jem, and mahihirapan

- Earl: So yung paggawa ng structure is divided into three parts, (i) the tree, which is gagawin ng isang engineer (around 2-3 days lang gagawin). Pag andito na yung tree, ico-construct na rin yung (ii) platform.
(iii) The Oblation structure, tayo yung gagawa though meron namang help from Noel. I'll confirm sa kanya kung kailan kasi hindi pa niya sinasabi yung finals sched niya, so I'll update you na lang. Also for incentive letters, if may nag-accept na, please tell me. - Carlos: Ano yung estimated timeline natin for this?
- Earl: We can start as early as this Monday.
- Carlos: If we can, let's please be here to help even with our commitments.
- Earl: Sabi ni Sir Oggie, if after building the base, he was asking what we can add to the structure para magkaroon ng relevance.

- Tin: On Monday, we'll shoot the video ala Coke commercial. We want to appeal to emotions. I need Council members to be there. Siguro we can invite the presidents of the organizations rin there. Kailangan silang masabihan beforehand. DP will be on the 11th, main pub on the 6th, video on the 12th of December.
