Summary of the Meeting:
- GA Tidbits
- Local: VP Leni Robredo resigns HUDCC Chair
- International: Rally in S. Korea, requesting the President to resign
- UP: Lantern Parade Next Week
- LOL: Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis welcome new baby
- Lantern Parade Construction Updates
- Kiss: Nasimulan na yung tree. 2-3 days matatapos, sicne nag-start nung Saturday. Most likely Wednesday or Thursday siya dadating. For the oblation structure, nakabili na ng chicken wire though hindi pa kami na-orient kung paano ang gagawin. Dadalhin ni Earl from malabon to here yung platform. If you have any suppliers for rope lights, please tell us. Yung sinuggest ng tito ni Earl, pagtapos na yung tree, doon na lang mag-start sa paggawa ng platform, kasi we have to make a cutout dun sa mismong platform for the tree. In my opinion, I think we can do it naman, kasi since end naman ng finals week next week, we have full labor week naman for that. We're expecting help by hiring one carpenter and I think we can make hatak for the chicken wire ng SEAC and/or student support. We'll try to finish the lantern by 15, the latest, para pwedeng matest- run ng 16, though we can try earlier, pero kasi buy rope lights by this weekend. For the carpenters, we asked sina Cha, but I can ask rin sa may bandang Krus na Ligas. Technically, kailangan lang na may plywood tapos ipapako lang siya dun sa lumber. Then may kailangang part na i-cut dun, so we need a carpenter to better estimate it.
- Trina: I think I can ask one of my dad's people. They'll have to know what they exactly have to do para they know who exactly to send

- Lantern Parade Incentives and Hatak
- Kiss: For the alumni, they were asking kung may pub ba tayo, and I told them na meron tayo. I told them that we'll be having a main pub and invite. They said that the new board of trustees will be coming naman. For the incentives, wala pa namang bagong dumadating
- Carlos: Feel ko kaya pa nating habulin si Ma'am Ravago, Adorna, Escresa. Let's try Jandoc 131.
- Pat: For SEAC, I'll meet with them this week. Most probably tomorrow or Thursday.
- Carlos: I'm guessing for that, Kiss, Earl, and Miguel, you'll have to be there para ma-explain natin.
- Jackie: For BRA, hindi pa kami nakakapag-survey ng kung ilang people ang pupunta.
- Miguel: Please have a headcount na for Lantern Parade.

- Lantern Parade Grand Pakain and Performances
- Miguel: I think everything's good naman for Gpak. Lights and sounds, really cheap, like 4k, that's it and super simple lang naman ang set-up. When you brig to your batches, please emphasize free food.
- Emira: For the performance, ang daming pass sa E-Dance, tapos 11 ang pass. 4 lang ang G. Kasi I think it's because of the schedule, kasi Lantern Parade is kind of dulo na. I suggest Council members be part of E-Dance.
- Miguel: We actually have one performance from Econ for culminight, Andrew Banaag to sing and guitar and his friends. The other performance is the DJ for the background music. It starts right after Lantern Parade. Can the alumni give food? Like good for 150 pax?
- Kiss: I'll ask if they're willing to do that.
- Lantern Publicity Plan & Shoot
- Tin: Kanina, kakatapos lang ng photoshoot. So push pa din yung timeline natin, DP on the 11th, Main Pub on the 6th, video on the 12th. Siguro as much as possible, mga 4 or 5 people for the silhouette pictorial. Then si Cyril na lang for both days ng DP pictorial for tomorrow and Wednesday. Pag na-finalize ko na sa Core, baka I'll post it by tonight naman. On Friday, ilalabas na namin yung incentives pub.
- Carlos: Batch reps, may worry ba kayo now for your hatak sa batch?
- Jackie: Well, sa 'min, maraming nagsasabi na hindi daw sila sure, kasi baka uuwi na sila sa province
- Carlos: What do you think can we do about it?
- Jem: I think dapat magandang incentives.
- Magna Carta Initiatives
- Jem: Ready na yung google forms and everything, complete with references and the post of Atty. Kaye, the Magna Carta itself. We're not gonna share it outside of the batch reps. I'll post the link later with the SESC group, para we can have an initial data.
- Carlos: The plan is to release it tonight at 9 pm sa batch reps. Jem: From BRA, let's take the time to make people answer the form, kasi ang hirap namang magbigay ng stand if hindi natin alam yung gusto nila.
- Jem: May binanggit si Audrey Ng that LSG is gonna invite for January 14, the launch of the Magna Carta Alliance.
- UPRight Evals
- Jem: I feel like that it was a success. Firstly, we were the first college to have a forum on it, so branding-wise it was good, and it improved the relations of LSG and SESC. Okay rin yung presence ng speakers natin like Audrey Ng, and Atty. Kaye, so it looked really good and legitimate.
- Howie: Yung ibang org partners, hindi pumunta katulad ng CSSC. Kulang rin yung CSSPSC. Complete ang CMUSC. I like the fact that ang daming nagtatanong.
- Jem: Off rin ako sa USC na yung pumunta lang ay yung mga for-the Magna Carta. My main criticism ay 'yung hindi pagpunta ng mga org partners.
- Howie: We also sent a reminder email, though parang konti lang talaga ang pumunta.
- Lem: Siguro for the attendance, I think we can list down the attendees from each org partners and their contact details.
- Chito: I noticed that for the sound system, parang palaging may problem yung mic natin.
- Pre-Plansem & GASC Reminders
- Carlos: For GASC, Pat raised if you want to go there ng Jan 5 para pwede pa tayong makapag-pahinga. For those who would want to go, let's try to be there by Jan 5. Part of our report involves us telling what we've done for the past semester. You can give your report to me after the Christmas break, before January 1.
- *Andaya and Paje leave 4:28 PM*
- Financial Situation and Concrete Plans
- Joel: 'Yung current cash on hand is Php7.5k, then yung natira sa bank is Php5k. I have uncollected accounts sa drifit shirts, so all in all about Php15k ang pera natin, but then I haven't paid pa pala yung Sidhi fees, so I asked Francis na lang if we can transfer it by next sem. Sa contingency fund, Kiss I allotted about 5 k from the alumni shirt, and another 5 k sa bank account, so all in all 10k. My plan ko is yung galing sa E-Store merch ang ililiquidate ko pa, tapos yun ang ilalagay ko sa contingency fund.
