- GA Tidbits
- International: Syria establishes control over eastern Aleppo
- Local: Gov't allowed for the passage of two-tiered cigarette tax
- UP: Paul Desiderio member of Season 79 Mythical Five of UAAP
- Other: BookerT to run as mayor of Houston, TX
- *Andaya arrives 1:13 PM*
- Lantern Parade
- Earl: So yung kulang na lang is yung Oblation kasi bibili kami ni Joel ng plywood to make it the skeleton. For the lights, meron ba kayong Christmas lights and may naisip ba kayong way to make it more creative?
- Jem: I think we can add fake grass?
- Pat: Pwede rin tayong maglagay nung maliliit na tea candles pero hindi tea candles? Or the little finger flashlights.
- *Comendador arrives 1:20 PM*
- Carlos: Basically, yung taskings natin today is the wiring of the lights and yung paglalagay ng cloth and yung paglagay natin kay Oblation. Then tomorrow, are the extra decorations.
- Earl: Also, sino pala yung merong christmas lights, especially white, kasi yun yung ilalagay sa maliit na branches ng puno. Also, kailangan rin namin ng extension cords na may maraming saksakan.
- Carlos: Okay so for the parade itself, kailangan ng rubber bands. Try to look for ones that aren't common looking. Jem, please buy na lang this. Just get a lot. At the start of the lantern parade, we're gonna need people to handle registration at 4pm. So Lem, Aaron, Howie, and Pat you'll be in-charge of that. Lem, you be in-charge of the reg sheet. After the two rounds, is the signing out sa registration, so you four will still be in-charge of it. I think we're gonna need another convoy of a van to give around water and energy drinks and para may mapagpahingahan yung alumni. So, I think Trina can volunteer her van. We're also gonna need a megaphone para malakas yung boses nung person to initiate the UPSE cheers. Paje and Jackie, I think you can teach the people the cheers. And Josh, while walking around the Oval, we can help pump the energy for the cheers. We expect to be back in Econ around 7-8pm after the entire thing. For the dance, it's mostly gonna be five people to do the entire thing, then we'll have a bit where everyone dances. Council is required to dance with E-Dance. Just to make sure, please invite your Core to be there as well kasi hindi natin alam any unforeseeable circumstances by then.
- Tin: Since yung sa DPs naka by-folder siya, yung ipo-post lang is yung per batch in each batch groups, kasi yung inter-batch naman, kinopya ko rin. As soon as matapos isort.
- Carlos: Batch reps, it will be uploaded at 3 pm. Please guide your batchmates and remind them na 9PM ang DP change. Put it in your posts and brig them later.
- *Licup arrives 1:38 PM*
- Carlos: Tomorrow, just re-pub the video at 9 pm. Also Joel, samahan mo sina Lem, Pat, Howie, and Aaron para may place ka na pagbentahan ng merch. Batch reps, please tell your batchmates to wear white. Council, please wear your dri-fit shirts.
- Carlos: Please be here 1pm sharp by Friday.
- GPAK
- Miguel: I've already discussed the food and we know the breakdown. Council will be paying for the dirty ice cream, the utensils, and the paper plates. The 7.2k from SEAC will be used to buy lumpiang shanghai, barbecue, pancit, big guy's pizza. There's a lot of food. The only problem is SEAC has not yet given their payments except for ETC. Moving past that, council I'll give you the final breakdown of our individual contributions tomorrow. I'm just waiting Jand to give me the final price for the ice cream cart.
- Miguel: I need banigs from you guys. Carlos: Who can bring banigs? Miguel: People from my Core will be bringing also.
- Try: Carlos, Pat, Howie
- Carlos: Can you bring chairs also? Howie: You can borrow chairs from the library building.
- Miguel: John Lobo is performing. I'm going to try to get Mico Fernandez and his band.
- Miguel: The problem is I need the 50% downpayment for the barbecue. Carlos: Please make sure to keep the receipts so we can show them the breakdown.
- Carlos: What if it rains? Miguel: We move everything in the walkway in front of the lib. Carlos: I'll tell Ma'am Kraft tomorrow that that might be a possibility.
- Miguel: Basta the important thing is that we make hatak people to come as long as they are part of SEAC orgs.
- Tin: Kasi di ba hindi naman masyadong mabubuong sa harap ng walkway, saan tayo?
- Carlos: Worst case scenario we have to move sa may bandang Bust area
- SESC Core
- Carlos: You know what happened to your Cores, evaluate your Core members and find prospects that you'd want to join next sem. This is also one of the ways where you can find your successor so keep that in mind when looking for Core members
- Haraya
- Aaron: For Grad ball, hindi pa sila nagmmeet kasi hindi pa available ang logistics because of finals week. For the yearbook, we'll present the potential printing partner this week or next week. For Grad rites, wala pa naman. No complaints pa naman so far about the packages.
- Carlos: Please alalahanin yung breakdown kasi baka magkagulo like last year. Let's avoid down and post the breakdown as soon as possible. Siguro for the seniors who are here, please remind Emira and Aaron to post it.

- Martin Consing
- Carlos: He messaged Aaron and talking about gathering characteristics about UPSE students in the hope that people will actually appreciate studying 131 when the dataset concerns people here.
- Aaron: Martin messaged me here days ago, he was kind of joking but I saw potential it so I was game for it. He was half serious half joking. He wanted to conduct a schoolwide survey on basic demographic and also interesting stuff such as current memberships in organizations, sexual orientation, relationship status, lifetime number of sexual partners, marriage and sex, religion, average number of times attending mass, ethnicity, distance from the university, etc.
- Miguel: I like it. Jem: Matrabaho tho. Carlos: If this is the case, it's going to happen during registration. However, as of now it's very vague so if he can give us what his plan final form is, we can consider talking about this again and see if we can use this for registration.
*Meeting ends 4:57 PM
