Andi: Mario, diba the government announced the we’re going to have a national holiday tomorrow, but then UP hasn’t announced.
Jaro: Better if may announcement parin para binding talaga.

Andi: For reference, even if the government says na walang class, we have to wait for the announcement from the UP Admin parin.

- We already met our core 2 days ago. We were able to amend the current electoral code to fit the online elections.
- We are finalizing the committees for SEEB core.
- Filing for candidacy extended to May 15, 5 PM.
- College sec met with the USEB para malaman kung ano magiging proposal for the elections.
- They’re planning on administering it through UP email kaya we asked batch reps kung nagagamit ba ng mga students ‘yong UP mail nila.
- Confirm that everyone has a UP email and magawan ng paraan ‘yong mga wala.
- For transparency, another reason why we extended ‘yong filing ng candidacy kasi medyo bago pa ‘yong protocols kasi online and parehas kaming nangangapa pa.
- This year, there’s four members for students and four members from the admin (Epetia, Jandoc, Mendoza, Magno). This will be the official econ electoral board on paper when admin submits the list of names to USEB, but the current SEEB that we have now will be the ones doing the actual work. The “official” electoral board is just for approving decisions, etc.

- Today we’ll have another update pub and call for donations. I’ve noticed however that the donations have plateaued.
- Ate Yolly is not okay. Please pray for her.
- For consti rev, I have already created the group chat with the representatives. I’ve asked Kyla and Haqq if we can repub consti rev.
- Emman and Third are our representatives for SESC. Please take the time to fill out the forms so we can discuss it.

NSTP
- Thank you to Cami and Gia for coordinating with me regarding the concerns on NSTP.
- They’re drafting a letter na. If the issue can’t be resolved internally, we’re prepared to raise it to the admin.
Econ 163
- Thanks to Emman for helping me work on the grievance.
- We were able to coordinate with the TA and were able to reduce the coverage naman to the topics that were discussed. We did hit some bumps, however, kasi the profs were really unwilling to have asynch exams. We’re still working on that.
Meeting with the Admin
- I have received a grievance from a student about how difficult the online learning setup is given the course policies of different professors in UPSE. The students has also stated that they have faced mental health issues already because of it. Furthermore, there are grievances about requirements being set on holidays. These things should not be allowed. We’re working with Admin regarding these concerns, but we aim to raise it again to make sure that necessary steps are taken to stop this.
- I do strongly agree that the course policies of professors have made it extremely difficult for the student body. Thanks to Andi, we have reached out to admin for another meeting so we can again raise the problems of the students and make sure their voices are heard.

SUMMER BAZAAR
- As promised, I will be updating with regards to the Bazaar, napagkasunduan naming to move the bazaar to May 31 – June 13 to give them ample time to meet their quotas. As of today, we only have 4 partners. I realized wala namang puhunan so wala namang mawawala sa atin kung itutuloy natin regardless of the number of partners.
- Malaki ang kita natin last sem dito sa Bazaar. Ang plano kasi to execute it May and then June ‘yong next project. Of course, we don’t want to impose rin naman ngayon kasi siyempre the situation is very different right now. Rest assured, I am checking up on it every day and I am coordinating with my team constantly.
