Nagbigay na ako ng request kay Ma'am Kraft regarding sa booth na magdadala ng donation cans, sa dogs, and may magbebenta ng books. - Schoolympics Updates
- Earl: We'll move it to May 7, tapos sa Diliman Preparatory School na tayo. I just need a list of people na pupunta from Council. This will be from 9am to 5pm.
- Carlos: But we have to push through with that.
- Earl: For the programs, I'll send it na to the batch reps, so gusto ko na lahat kayo prepared na may lineup kayo sa simultaneous games.
- Carlos: Just post it na rin lang sa group natin by tonight
- Earl: For volleyball and basketball, meron na tayong referee; kailangan na lang natin for futsal. Kulang tayo ng dalawang judge pa for the streetdance competition.
- Carlos: Batchreps, kamusta yung gimmicks natin so far?
- Jackie: We plan to chagnge na lang for the dp release, kasi not a lot of people are interested rin eh. Tapos maraming tao na may org dps pa sila, so parang napapagod silang magpalit, so baka cover photo na lang yung papalitan nila. By the way, yung rules sa streetdance, bawal talaga gumawa ng pyramids and ganon?
- Earl: Bawal talaga, save for a couple of stunts

- Carlos: So guys, ang call time natin is 8am. Tapos let's hope that everyone gets to be there on time. Council though, prepare to play, at the very least.

- MARC Updates
- Kiss: For the Econ at Work, this Monday na yung Econ At Work which is co-created with OBEM. We partnered with PCC, so what they did is that they'll have a case study plus a networking event, since PCC is also interested in hiring people from UPSE. For the case study, they'll be giving a certain case where the participants will be decided by groups, and they can showcase what they learned and all. For the budget, hati yung costs. Council is in-charge for the cost of room, while food and tokens is done by OBEM. We also need helps pala with incentives. Next, UPSEAA had a meeting with the scholars, and Tita Ronnie mentioned of having career talks and services. What we plan to do is to set the foundations of the mentorship, since may moratorium on activities sa second week of May. I'd like to ask the batch representatives to survey your batchmates on what fields they want to be mentored in, like marketing or finance.
- Tambayan Updates
- Carlos: Okay, so last Holy Week, na-asar si Ma'am Kraft kasi madumi pa rin yung tambayan; tita Milette talked to the org heads on the parameters of being clean. What they're saying is that there are lockers for the books and others. Please convene SEAC immediately, for Pat and Paje, for this because Ma'am Kraft is really angry na talaga.
- TranSem and Legacy
- Carlos: For TranSem, for all the incumbents, please ready your files and notes that you would have for your successors. If you can put them in a Gdrive, please do so. We're also gonna be compiling the year-end reports, so please compile your events and initiatives throughout the year. We want to show them (the next Council) what we've done. Also, prepare your gifts.
