- Parking Database: focusing on getting more respondents
- Mental Health:
- bill approved in Senate; HOR nalang
- Maam Annie replied last Monday and Mental Health pub is approved; to be posted tom
- Fumigation:
- Talked to tita Evelyn. They talked about it with staff.
- Problem is it’s been raining and classes are about to end; might be a waste of money
- The mosquitos are not a result of trash since the staff clean naman

- If orgs don’t cooperate, there’s a shortage in updating the samplexes; ETC and Ecosoc plan to give but just haven’t

- There will be a tutorial and Iyla will be teaching

- SIDHI Updates
- Francis: Have most of content need to send it to layut
- layout to be done this weekend c/o Impulse
- quotation: 24,375 pesos
- Chito: what are the partnerships?
- Francis: impulse and sinag
- Carlos: 24k will be split?
- Francis: Ryan will shoulder 700
- Rob will shoulder some copies
- I will shoulder the rest
- Release: next week but softcopy will be given on Monday so release will have to be moved next next week
Jem: but classes end by the release… - Francis: We’re trying to have the softcopy by tomorrow
- Carlos: What’s the plan for turnover? The timetable?
- Francis: As soon as exams are over, we’ll start pubbing and asking for the EIC
- It’s harder to compete for us with the elections of SESC and other orgs; I became EIC during the midyear
- Timetable: It depends when someone applies. July 18 is the deadliest deadline in having the EIC.
- Jem: What happens if no one applies?
- Francis: I can talk to the orgs, post in the groups. It’s going to be both top and bottom work.
- Jem: We can ask SEAC for help in inviting and spreading.
- Carlos: The next SESC will need to talk about whether SESC will still collect SIDHI fees since Econ has one of the higher reg fees and it is only justified because of where it is going. Can a financial statement be put in the issue?

- Schoolympics Updates
- Earl: Available yung Ateneo High School courts, so tomorrow na lang namin isesend yung letter sa principal ng high school. Yun na lang yung kulang para sa reservation. May water fountains naman daw run so di na kailangan ng water gallons. Also, Howie, let’s bring yung first-aid kit for Schoolympics. Also guys, ano kaya yung amount na pwede ibigay sa judge ng streetdance? Or tokens? Naghihintay pa ako ng update from Daniel Abraham about the football rep. For basketball, nagback-out yung isa, since hindi makakapunta si Jose Ericta. I’ll post everything we need na lang for Schoolympics. Call time is 8am, and 9am is the start of the program. I also thought about the carpool, like coordinate with batch reps yung people na need ng ride from UP to Ateneo.
- HARAYA Updates
- Aaron: Grad Ball will be on June 16 at the Grove sa Pasig. Grad practice will be on June 19 at the university theater, and we’ll pub a sablay guide by tonight. For Haraya payments, we have a booth outside the lounge until next week. For the batch reps, we gave you a form for the messages for the Seniors, please ask your batchmates to please fill it out.
