Summary of the Meeting:
*Meeting ended 5:15pm*
- GA Tibdits c/o House JaDine
- World: Macron wins French presidential election over Marine Le Pen
- Local: Blogger Uson appointed as assistant secretary of presidential communications
- UP: PEPE applications now open online
- Other: San Antonio Spurs beat Rockets
- STRAW Updates
- Howie: Sa mental health initiatives, na-pub na yung pubmat sa OCG. It reached 2000+ people sa Facebook. Sa fumigation, we'll probably go with Josh's suggestion, so pa-follow up na lang with 101. Sa medkit, naiwan ko siya sa Ateneo, pero nabalikan ko naman sa Monday.
- EdRes Updates
- Jem: Sa Econcepts, it's gonna come out before finals weekend. Yun lang.
- Carlos: Pa-follow up with ETC and Ecosoc regarding their academic kits.
- Jem: Sa Econcepts, it's gonna come out before finals weekend. Yun lang.
- Schoolympics Evaluations
- Earl: For the negative points, hindi nakapag-start on time and nag end up na hindi nasunod yung sched so ang nangyari ay ipinalaro na lang kung sino yung available by that time. And then for the streetdance, juniors lang ata yung complete. Ne-feel ko na parang wala na yung competitive spirit ng Econ compared to when we're freshies. Siguro wala lang talagang incentive yung people to go, and the scheduling. Kawawa rin yung freshies and juniors kasi kulang talaga sila sa players. On the positive note, maganda rin yung pictures and ang bilis nai-release ni Tin. Maganda rin yung venue since kumpleto na lahat. For the referees, parang okay naman though late lang sila dumating. Nalaro lahat ng games kahit na-late ang start, and okay ang attendance pero kulang lang talaga yung players.
- Jackie: For me it's not about na nawala na yung competitive spirit, since marami rin ang game maglaro, pero pangit lang talaga yung scheduling.
- Bets: I think for the future, maganda if each batch has team captains that can coordinate with SAC
- Earl: Actually, sa batch namin, may ganun
- Josh: For the future SAC, I think it would be best na may set list na of people that can go
- Carlos: Lack of incentives can be fixed with Internals or MARC for a painom or a sponsored prize. We had this problem last year too when it came to scheduling.
- Pat: There should be a pub earlier on like a teaser pub para naka-calendar na sila
- Carlos: Also, please try to make sure na mas marami yung preliminary games sa start of the year or sem, so maybe if we can do something like that. What are your recommendations so that we can have more people attend? What about the sports na tinanggal natin like badminton etc.?
- Earl: I think depende rin sa venue kung ma-accommodate na rin yung mga sports.
- Jackie: I think okay na ako with the sports na ganun kasi yun yung mga sports na hindi na kaikailangan alngan magdala ng equipment. At the same time, since team sports siya, mas feel ng people
- Pat: I think the venue and sched that we have this year could have accommodated the fun games that we've really wanted to put in, like tug of war etc.

- TranSem and Legacy updates
- Carlos: For Legacy, final day is Friday 4pm. It's gonna be in backparking. The theme is white with accents, so white tops tapos pants. The ceremony consists of the opening remarks, thanking of the orgs for the year, the candlelighting thing, and the closing remarks by the new chairperson. Transem will be on May 26. Legacy awards will be announced by then. I'll also try talking to Anna if she can video like what people's favorite thing of the year is. If it rains, lipat na lang sa Old or New Tambayan area.
- Haraya updates
- Aaron: There's gonna be a booth tomorrow. The Grad Ball team is collecting Snaps of our batch for our pakulo
- Carlos: What's your plan para sa ceremony sa college and the Ball?
- Aaron: We'll get updates from the heads.

- Concomm
- Paje: I'm done with the constitution. This is amended with all the changes made so the most drastic change we've made is in vacancies because we changed the order of precedence, like in cases of temporary and permanent vacancies. We also had the Econ Rep to the USC, in terms of vacancies, will follow the constitution of the SESC first, rather than the UPD-USC's. Another major change was semantics, like the wording of Article 5.
- Carlos: Also, students under probation will be allowed to file for candidacy, though it will be up to the administration to allow them to run.
- Paje: Also, we transferred from the Vice Chairperson to the Secretariat Councilor the school-wide evaluations of the SESC. We also stipulated that the Vice chairperson will oversee the auditing of the financial papers of the SESC, in that s/he can get the help of an independent auditing body, if practicable.
- Carlos: We'll be releasing a summary of the changes and during the voting as well, there will be copy of changes. We'll have the plebiscite tomorrow and Friday.
- Paje: We're gonna have the plebiscite booth near the Seniors' booth. I'll basically print ballots and I'll get the voters list from Kiss. We'll open at 8:30 am. Let's aim to have the highest turnout possible even if wala namang required number.
