- GA Tidbits
- World: Syria conflict holds US-claimed Russian involvement
- Local: Today is the 44th anniversary of Martial Law declaration
- UP: Various youth and student organizations marched to Mendiola
- LOL: Brangelina has been broken up
- USC Meet and Greet evaluations
- Chito: We ended on time, we were well represented, and we had food for everyone.
- Chito: Hindi maayos yung schedule kasi nakasabay niya ang Cultural Night and Internal DG ng ETC
- Comments:

- Carlos: I think we should also take into consideration the internal events of the organizations

- Howie: Wala namang bagong concern. I'll just follow-up from last week
- About NSTP: Jem: Wala raw mabigay na concrete sina Tita Rose since 'yun talaga ang rule ng NSTP
- About the lib: Kinausap ko na ang library staff na maging mahigpit about their rules. Siguro individually na lang, let's do our part in reminding the people to be silent in the library.
- About the lounge: Sira 'yung dalawang aircon sa likod. Binring up na kay Tita Fely, so follow-up na lang yun
- Howie: Wala namang bagong concern. I'll just follow-up from last week
- STRAW Fair
- Howie: May isang NGO (PAFPI - Positive Action For the Philippines, INC.) na nagre-request ng transportation from Malate, Manila, for four people
- Consensus: Suggest that they take an alternative transport solution
- Howie: I opted not to have a program flow since I'm skeptic about opening launches sa library steps. What I want to do is have an intense publicity for STRAW Fair, with Tin's help. Magkakaroon rin ng ticketing scheme para madaanan lahat ng booths
- NSTP Graduation
- Howie: It would be nice if makapunta tayo since may ipi-prepare sila for us. It's on a Saturday.

- Council Health:
- Howie: Reminder lang na huwag tayong magpuyat, para maka-iwas sa sakit. And please don't skip meals.
- Bulletin Board and Website Updates
- Tin: For Bulletin Board, wala pang nags-send ng photos from the Core. For the website, malapit na siyang matapos since in-assign ko na siya sa Core ko.
- Jackie: I think na that one of the purpose of the Pub Calendar when it is strategic to release their pubmats, so I think it's a great thing.
- Consensus: We'll not have a SEAC Pub calendar since it's limiting
- Tin: Also, magkakaroon ng limit per week for publicity needs, with 10 cumulative pub requests.

- Gabbi: Possible na if malayo pa ang event, mag-request na ka-agad?
- Kapekonomiya
- Jem: The concept paper has already been approved by Reini and I. It's gonna be divided into 5 portions: view of the faculty, the administration, the student reactors, and hopefully representatives from UPLB to get their perspective; there will also be an analysis from UPSE faculty about the cost-benefit analysis of eUP (SAIS program). We're already pencil-booked sa SE Audi. We need to fill-out additional papers for security to prevent what happened years ago about Abad. We'll also have regular meetings every Wednesdays and/or FRidays
- Carlos: So UPLB students will be speakers?
- Jem: Hopefully a UPLB student councilor
- Carlos: So UPLB students will be speakers?

- Secretariat Concerns
- Lem: Regarding the blitz, we already have a system with Renzo on how to create the summarized minutes. Tin already gave me a template for it. Hopefully by next week we'll be able to publish. Renzo will publish our previous minutes. It will be uplaoded in our website.
- Lem: For the attendance tracker, reminder to you all to take note of your absences and lates in our GAs.
- Lem: For Tin, recently, there are a lot of publicity requests. Please learn to follow rules. For major events, please remember that you need to request it 10 days before. Tin has a lot to do.
- Lem: Please keep council room clean.
- Carlos: Please learn to follow rules.
- Tin: Can we put cleaning tools in the room? Lem: Yes, but the budget report is a problem. The cleaning tools can be used by anyone. The best thing that we can do is to ask help from the staff also. If you really want to have cleaning materials, I'll request from Joel but it will take some time.
- Lem: Please don't forget to fill out the internal services form if you need anything.
- Lem: There's a junior student who rented a locker but used the wrong one. Her things were removed from the locker. Unfortunately, her things were scattered into other neighboring lockers. And, one of her books has gone missing. For batch reps, please brig to your batchmates regarding two Polsci books.
- Lem: Batch reps, please brig to your batchmates if they have problems with their lockers.
- Lem: CAP wasn't able to rent our projector. Please remind SEAC to use the council services form. Council, don't forget to fill that out first before using the room.
- Carlos: How are we with the seal of good governance requirement? Lem: I saw the requirements already. I'm working on it.
- Carlos: With the locker concern, we need to write letters before opening lockers. There are a lot of new protocols so please be aware of those.
- Lantern Parade and Alumni Homecoming
- Carlos: I think Kiss, Earl, Pat, and Joel can meet about the Lantern Parade to finalize the rules for the design competition.
- Carlos: For the alumni homecoming, Paje, can you please update me about the performance on behalf of the students
- IGP Plans
- Joel: On Sunday, we're relaunching the E*Store. We plan to do a GIF pubmat. The time of release is 10:00 pm sana. For the lanyard and other merchandise, kinausap ko na yung supplier and okay na rin naman 'yung price. For the IGPs, naisip ng Core namin na gawing Halloween theme, like candy etc; siguro sa first/second week of October. And before Christmas, baka magkaroon kami ng rummage sale.
- Kiss: You can also sell during Alumni Homecoming
- Carlos: Concerns lang is to take out the shirts now na. May mga students rin kasi na interested about it.

- Electives 101
- Kevin: 'Yung target namin is sophies and freshies, although may conflict sa ETC internal DG.
- Carlos: Though hindi pwedeng i-move na sobrang late November kasi wala nang pupunta since magp-prepare for Finals Week
- Carlos: Sana makapagmeet na kayo (Freshie and Sophie Batch reps) about it and give updates na lang for next week, together with the final date for this
- Kevin: Tulong na lang rin kami in getting speakers.
- BRA Outreach
- Jackie: We thought what if we partner with an organization that has the same goals, so we plan to partner with UP Cradle about this.
- Chito: Okay yung sinabi niya, although meron ring kakarecognize lang na org about it, Habitat for Humanity.
- Carlos: I would much rather that it is an organization in Econ, since it's also a community affair for everyone in Econ.
- Chito: Siguro pwede ring magkaroon ng CDC counts for this, if payag ang Ecosoc.
- Jem: Isn't there a chance na baka ma-alienate ang ibang orgs?
- Pat: Parang hindi naman
- Jackie: As far as I know, yung ibang orgs, hindi naman 'yun ang mismong goal nila
- Pat: I think it's doable to partner with organizations. I think you just have to partner with a foundation para maayos ang coordination and solid
- Howie: I think siguro para hindi rin ma-alienate ang ibang orgs, pwede rin tayong mag-require ng iba sa kanila from SEAC
- Carlos: For the event concept, can you present it to Council next week para kumpleto na lang.
- Jackie: We thought what if we partner with an organization that has the same goals, so we plan to partner with UP Cradle about this.
